Salary Range: $278,000.00 - $362,000.00 What’s the role? Etsy is seeking a Senior Director, Product Analytics to join our Products organization. You will be responsible for leading the team that provides industry-leading product measurement techniques, actionable insights, and a deep understanding of Etsy’s buyers and sellers across the customer journey. In addition, you should be an experienced Analytics professional with a track record of success in a dynamic, fast-growing environment and experience working closely with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams. This is a full-time position reporting to the VP, Analytics, . What does the day-to-day look like? Serve as a primary thought partner to our CPTO — helping shape the product strategy agenda through deep analytical insight, proactive opportunity identification, and a clear point of view on what the data is telling us Partner with senior leaders across Product and Engineering to set the measurement strategy for Etsy's core buyer and seller experiences Manage a large, high-performing team of ~30 data scientists and managers supporting Product initiatives Develop and evolve analytical frameworks, experimentation methodology, and data science techniques to measure and improve product performance — including funnel analysis, A/B testing and causal inference, user segmentation, retention modeling, and feature impact measurement Define and steward Etsy's product metric frameworks, ensuring teams across Product, Engineering, and Finance share a consistent understanding of how product decisions connect to business outcomes Partner closely with Finance to model the product contribution that feeds into Etsy's financial forecast — translating product performance signals into the inputs that drive GMS outlook and long-range planning Partner with Engineering and Data Platform teams to ensure robust instrumentation, data quality, and scalable tooling for product experimentation and analytics While you'll spend most of your time leading and influencing, you won't just manage from a distance — you're expected to get your own data, do your own analysis, and bring a credible analytical point of view to the most important strategic conversations Actively identify and surface strategic opportunities across our buyer and
