Job Responsibilities - Gain in-depth understanding of distributor business models and business development demands. Participate in the design, review, rollout and iteration of distributor incentive policies and governance policies. Assist in driving the execution of business strategies while aligning with compliance requirements to fuel business growth. - Take part in full lifecycle management of policies, covering policy formulation, business alignment, communication & training, launch promotion, execution tracking and performance review. Continuously optimize governance frameworks to improve policy implementation efficiency and execution quality. - Conduct multi-dimensional analysis based on business data. Support pre-launch data calculation, impact assessment and scenario simulation for policies. Post-launch, continuously monitor core metrics, deliver policy effectiveness analysis reports and business reviews to provide data insights for strategy iteration and business decision-making. - Coordinate cross-functional resources including Product, Tech, Legal, Operations and global regional teams to facilitate cross-team project delivery, track project progress, and ensure on-time delivery of policy and governance initiatives. - Support data governance and permission management work. Iterate data access mechanisms, approval workflows and information circulation efficiency to standardize business management processes.
