Program Manager BTI

Gartner's Insights & Product Analytics (IPA) team is seeking a Program Manager - Data Engineering to lead initiatives that power analytics and digital insights across Gartner's Insights business. In this role, you will connect business priorities, analytics needs, and technology delivery to ensure data products are trusted, accessible, and aligned to business outcomes. This is a highly visible role with regular exposure to VP-level leaders, requiring strong collaboration across Analytics, IT, Engineering, and business teams to drive successful execution and continuous value delivery.

Program Execution & Delivery   Manage delivery of initiatives across analytics teams   Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across IT, analytics and engineering teams   Track progress against initiative goals (business impact, engagement, satisfaction)   Requirements & Backlog Management   Partner with Product Owner and Business Stakeholders to gather, synthesize, and document requirements   Translate stakeholder needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria   Help manage backlog prioritization aligned with leadership priorities    Stakeholder Management   Collaborate with IT and business partners to advance shared programs.  Facilitate working sessions and requirements workshops  Ensure clear, consistent communication across distributed teams   Product & Process Improvement   Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to workflows and tools    Support continuous feedback loops and rapid iteration based on user input   Assist in defining success metrics and monitoring performance   Support Product Owner Growth   Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to strengthen requirements quality, improve prioritization practices, and support effective product delivery.
