Senior Manager - Treasury & Accounts Receivable  Lead Corporate Treasury, Cash Management, and Accounts Receivable Operations  Silgan Containers is seeking a Senior Manager - Treasury & Accounts Receivable to lead corporate treasury operations, cash management, cash and debt forecasting, banking administration, accounts receivable, cash application, and working capital improvement. This finance leadership role will oversee treasury and AR teams, strengthen financial controls, administer critical banking and finance systems, and partner across the organization to improve cash flow, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), collections, and financial reporting.  Why Silgan:  At Silgan, we provide our employees with stability and growth opportunities:  Competitive pay with annual merit increases  Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance  401(k) with a 6% dollar-for-dollar company match  Paid vacation, holidays, and tuition reimbursement  Long-term stability with opportunities for advancement and career growth  A culture that values safety, innovation, and promoting from within  What You Will Do:  As Senior Manager - Treasury & Accounts Receivable, you will lead corporate treasury, cash management, accounts receivable, risk management, credit support, financial systems, and related accounting activities.  Corporate Treasury and Cash Management  Oversee day-to-day corporate banking, cash management, investing, and borrowing activities.  Review daily cash positions, electronic funds transfers, positive pay activity, and banking detail changes.  Review treasury journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation prepared by direct reports.  Lead cash forecasting, debt forecasting, liquidity planning, and cash-to-free-cash-flow reconciliations.  Contribute to the annual budget and periodic forecasts for treasury-related revenue, interest expense, and banking costs.  Lead implementations and enhancements of cash forecasting, debt management, banking, and financing systems.  Serve as the primary system administrator for banking portals and other treasury or financing platforms.  Manage, coach, and develop a Treasury Analyst.  Perform ad hoc treasury analysis, including evaluations of banking relationships and services.  Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, and Collections  Oversee day-to-day accounts receivable accounting, recordkeeping, cash application, and related internal controls.  Review cash application batches, manual credit memos, customer master updates, journal entries, and account reconciliations prepared by the accounts receivable team.  Monitor the completeness, accuracy, and effectiveness of accounts receivable information systems and financial data.  Serve as the primary system administrator for HighRadius cash application software.  Partner with sales and customer support teams on customer collections, account resolution, and ad hoc requests.  Prepare selected accounts receivable journal entries and related balance sheet reconciliations.  Drive continuous improvement in AR and working capital metrics, including Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), unearned discounts, cash application accuracy, and overdue receivables.  Lead implementations and process improvements for accounts receivable, cash application, credit, and collections systems.  Manage, coach, and develop Accounts Receivable Staff Accountants, Specialists, and Clerks.  Perform accounts receivable, collections, customer payment, and working capital analyses.  Insurance and Risk Management  Oversee the collection and compilation of information required for annual insurance renewals.  Prepare the annual insurance budget and insurance-related journal entries and reconciliations.  Oversee the administration and maintenance of Certificates of Insurance.  Credit and Financial Reporting  Support the Senior Credit Manager with credit analysis, credit projects, and collection initiatives.  Participate in
