You will blend technical expertise and strategic business analysis to deliver custom application solutions, conduct process reviews, and ensure successful product integration for leading industry professionals. What Makes This Role Great: In this high-impact role, you will act as a pivotal strategic liaison between Trimble and our construction clients, directly shaping their digital transformation, optimizing business workflows, and serving as a key driver of customer success and product adoption. Key Exciting Responsibilities Partner with customers to analyze business goals and design tailored software strategies using the Trimble ConstructionOne product suite. Guide client organizations through complex end-to-end implementations, including business process reviews, setup, testing, data import, and custom reporting. Deliver engaging application training and readiness assessments to ensure seamless software adoption and long-term customer success. Proactively manage project risks, mitigate potential implementation hurdles, and maintain consistent billable target achievements. Essential Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, training, or technology. 3+ years of software implementation or consulting experience. Expertise in Accounting or Construction domains.  Proven track record in high-level customer support, strategic client management, and navigating complex implementation workflows. Strong proficiency in process planning, requirements gathering, time management, and interactive presentations. Experience operating effectively within a matrixed environment to drive collaborative results and meet established deadlines. Bonus Points For Prior work with Spectrum ERP, Viewpoint, or TrimbleConstructionOne products.
