About the Role
The Engineering Lead Analyst is a senior, hands-on technical leadership role responsible for architecting, building, and evolving next-generation platforms that support our core Controls Technology organization. Serving as a key technical leader across one or more Agile scrum teams, you will help shape technology strategy, influence architectural decisions, and drive the adoption of engineering best practices that promote scalability, quality, security, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a player-coach who is passionate about both technical execution and team development. You will lead by example through direct contributions to the codebase, mentor and develop engineers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology partners, and regulatory teams, you will translate complex operational and compliance requirements into actionable product roadmaps and prioritized backlogs. You will drive the delivery of strategic initiatives that support technology inventory management, reference data capabilities, and broader IT governance objectives. Success in this role requires strong collaboration across cross-functional teams, effective stakeholder engagement, and the ability to balance business priorities with sound technical solutions. You will also serve as a subject matter expert for aligned products and platforms, managing and prioritizing work through JIRA, overseeing the execution of cross-team initiatives, and ensuring solutions are delivered in alignment with business goals, regulatory expectations, and enterprise technology standards.
