Your Role: In this advisory capacity, you will guide and support client organizations through the analysis, planning, and modernization of their digital solution landscapes. You will define robust application architectures—spanning custom, package-based, and modern software solutions—to determine modernization priorities, overall design frameworks, and full-stack system integrations. By combining strategic insight with technical domain knowledge, you will evaluate application choices, design seamless integration strategies, and empower businesses to modernize their underlying technology environments effectively.

Maconomy ERP Support: Provide dedicated L2/L3 technical support for Deltek Maconomy Financials, utilizing a strong functional understanding of the platform. Module Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve system anomalies across core modules, including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Timesheets, and Contract Management. Issue Remediation: Analyze application, batch, interface, and data integrity issues to perform root cause analysis and drive permanent technical resolution. ITSM Governance: Manage incidents and service requests end-to-end within ServiceNow, ensuring strict adherence to WPP governance SLA and XLA metrics. Data Validation: Validate transactional data across accounting modules and manage Maconomy reporting outputs and complex reconciliation activities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with application architects and development staff to analyze requirements and plan system design and implementation work. Technical Consulting: Consult with customers on technical compatibility challenges, including hardware configurations, OS considerations, and data conversion processes. Solution Architecture Evaluation: Advise customers on software selection, empowering them to choose between custom applications and packaged solutions to meet business outcomes.
