Join our top-notch team of approximately 43,500 diverse and high-performing professionals globally who are making their mark on some of the world’s most beloved brands, including DEWALT®, BLACK+DECKER®, CRAFTSMAN®, STANLEY®, CUB CADET®, and HUSTLER®.   The Job:   Execute category strategy across all Category portfolios.    Guide NPD process to align with brand direction through early -stage ideation phase.     Provide feedback on prioritization of product development projects based on category strategy .     Gather and synthesize information from various teams to assess competitive positioning, identify opportunities, and understand market dynamics.     Build optimized and impactful launch plans for new product introductions .   Recommend budget allocations for marketing spend by category in conjunction with brand marketing team.    Identify opportunities for process improvement and facilitate organizational change initiatives within scope .    Own the Category P&L and business performance reporting such as in Quarterly Business Reviews, Monthly Business Reviews, IBP Process etc.     Provide financial analysis by category to the channel marketing team for annual quoting and line review process.    Communicate strategy with cross-functional teams (sales, brand, product, channel) and act as point of contact for product launch .   Lead operational alignment across team (supply chain, manufacturing, marketing) to ensure product availability and readiness are timely and effective.   The Person :   Product Experience (Preferred)     Commercial Experience (Essential)     Excellent Time M anagement & Attention to Details     Strong Presentation & Communication Skills ( I nternal & External)     Innovator & Analytical Thinker     Ability to approach the market with humility      Thrives in a fast-paced ambiguous environment    Positive attitude & follow through on commitments      The Details:   You’ll receive a competitive salary and a great benefits plan, including:   Medical, dental, life, vision, disability, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement in addition to programs & benefits in support of your well-being.   Discounts on Stanley Black & Decker tools and other partner programs.   And More:     We want our company to be a place you’ll want to be – and stay.
