Standard Job Description 
 The PrSM Inc 4 program is seeking an experienced System Design and Requirements Lead to ensure the development of a compliant and effective solution. The Inc-4 program is entering a critical phase of development, and it is essential that the system design and requirements are well-defined, aligned with Modular Open System Architecture (MOSA) principles, and meet the MFC SE EPM standards and best practices. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership to a small SE team, manage and delegate tasking, and drive the integration of SE design team with interdisciplinary members on the program. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring compliance with MFC SE EPM standards and best practices Aligning threshold and objective requirements with Lockheed Martin's Inc-4 solution Developing a clear vision for future system compliance to enable smooth transition to production Basic Qualifications 
 Bachelor's or Master's degree or higher from an accredited college in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics. Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance. Ability to work onsite. Ability to travel. 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree; or 4 years of professional experience required with a related PhD Ability to lead teams and mentor junior staff members Desired Skills 
 Technical leadership experience (ability to manage/delegate tasking for a small SE team while contributing directly to technical effort) Requirements management experience with DOORS/Cameo Architecture development experience with Cameo Interface definition and refinement experience Functional Configuration Audit (FCA) experience Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $120600.00 - $224000.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
