As a Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for Lam Salzburg Operations. You’ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure customer orders are produced on time and within budget. What you’ll do

Lead technical equipment projects from project initiation through final acceptance, ensuring delivery according to agreed scope, quality, schedule, and budget targets. Drive successful execution of complex customer and internal projects by coordinating the efforts of multiple departments including engineering, procurement, logistics, production, and customer service. Provide actionable insights for management to support decision making through data collection and analysis Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve processes by increasing efficiency, quality, and execution excellence. Manage project changes, coordinate change control processes, and ensure proper project closure including documenting lessons learned & knowledge transfer activities. Support supplier readiness assessments, manufacturing ramp activities, and external partner alignment. Who we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 6+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience 6+ years of related experience in project management or technical program management Experience with core competencies including:

Strategic Project Leadership Schedule Development & Recovery Planning Executive Communication Supplier & Customer Management Risk & Escalation Management Coordinating cross-functional teams of stakeholders without direct authority Data driven decision making

Semiconductor, automotive, or aerospace industry experience is a plus Understanding of operations, manufacturing, and supply chain Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 Experience driving change management & continuous improvement initiatives What we're offering

This position is subject to the  Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees in the Metal Technology Industries in occupation group G, depending on education. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.  Our commitment
