Drive strategic projects for North America, and equip executive leaders with information and advice to make fact-based decisions. Lead cross-functional projects to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Use Microsoft Power Platform to build solutions to problems faced across the organization. Develop executive ready reporting, identifying the actionable insights. Write and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the globe.      The skills you bring: Actively enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business or a related field A steadfast drive to solve tough problems The motivation to learn and constantly improve processes and tools The ability to quickly identify root causes by using large data sets Consulting skills and the ability to think strategically The ability to quickly adapt and pivot in a constantly changing business environment The people skills required to work with all roles within Ericsson Courage to challenge leadership and our current ways of working The ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills The ability to work effectively independently and in teams Must have at least a 2.7+ GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent Actively enrolled on a full-time basis at an accredited 4-year college or university at the time of the internship Grit!     You might also have:  Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, or data analytics tools Experience in Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and change management Ability to work as an individual contributor with strong technical skills to deliver coded solutions. In-depth technical knowledge and practical understanding in automation, solution building, and AI.
