Join us in our mission to improve health and improve lives. Labcorp is seeking a Global Monitoring Specialist to join our team at Yeshwantpur in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Work Schedule 40hrs a week (Monday to Friday) in a rotational shift Job Responsibilities In the Global Monitoring Specialist role, you will receive requests originating from the Global Study Manager via Workfront (a workload management system) to support them on monitoring tasks. These tasks will include ad hoc manual monitoring requests categorized as low complexity in Workfront (e.g. monitoring sample status, ensuring certain samples get orders for additional testing, etc), customized reports extracted from internal databases, and putting in place automated monitoring packages (aka NSSO’s) categorized as low complexity; Tier 1, in Workfront. These services are created by writing a description of what needs to be done, then this description is handed off to a programmer who automates the service via programming. You will be trained on exactly how to write these services. Overall, the Global Monitoring Specialist must be in compliance with the Data Management & Business Solutions strategy and deliver outstanding performance and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences 7-8 years of related experience (Education can substitute for work experience) Preferred Qualifications Power BI skills Automation skills Additional Responsibilities: Ability to extract information from multiple data sources, converting the raw data into meaningful and actionable insights, and presenting key findings to your stakeholders. Ability to work with large Excel files; ensure regular communication with your key internal stakeholders. Track and report metrics as determined by management according to required timelines. Participate actively in LabCorp development through continuous process improvements. Able to act efficiently in an environment with dynamic timelines and priorities. Participate in functional meetings (e.g., LabCorp Learning Forums) and provide input, keeping processes up to date. Support a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivity.
