Assisting in the preparation of pre-contract cost estimates and project cash flow forecasts Supporting the preparation of tender documentation Assisting with the tendering process, including tender analysis and evaluation Supporting post-contract administration and cost management, including contract documentation, progress payment valuations, variation assessments, and cost control reporting Assisting in the preparation and finalisation of project final accounts

Currently pursuing a degree in Quantity Surveying Year 3 student expected to graduate in 2027 Able to commit to a full-time internship of at least two months between May and August 2027 A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn Good written and verbal communication skills in English Good spoken Cantonese and written Chinese
