In this customer-facing role, you will work closely with semiconductor manufacturers, research institutes, power electronics companies, EV ecosystem partners, utilities, universities, and engineering organizations to deploy and optimize Keysight test and measurement solutions. The successful candidate will primarily support semiconductor characterization applications utilizing Keysight's industry-leading Semiconductor Parametric product portfolio, while also supporting solutions for power semiconductor testing, EV component validation, grid modernization initiatives, test automation, and general-purpose instrumentation. As a trusted technical resource, you will help customers improve measurement accuracy, accelerate product development cycles, enhance product quality, and increase engineering productivity through effective application of Keysight's technologies and software solutions.

1. Customer Technical Support Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for Keysight semiconductor characterization, power electronics, EV, grid, and general-purpose test solutions. Serve as a primary technical interface for customers across R&D, product engineering, test engineering, reliability engineering, manufacturing engineering, and academia. Understand customer measurement challenges and recommend appropriate hardware, software, and workflow solutions. Conduct product demonstrations, customer evaluations, proof-of-concept activities, and technical workshops. Support system installation, configuration, commissioning, and user training. Semiconductor Device Characterization Applications Support customers utilizing Keysight's semiconductor characterization solutions including: Semiconductor Parametric Analyzers and SMU’s Wafer-Level Characterization Systems Reliability Test Solutions 2. Semiconductor Research and Advanced Device Applications Support characterization and validation of: CMOS devices Memory devices Compound semiconductors Wide bandgap devices SiC devices GaN devices Power MOSFETs IGBTs Emerging semiconductor technologies Assist customers in developing measurement methodologies for: IV characterization CV characterization Reliability testing Pulsed IV testing Device parameter extraction 3. Power Semiconductor, EV & Grid Applications Support technical engagements involving: Power Semiconductor Testing Device characterization and validation Dynamic and static measurements Power conversion efficiency analysis Wide bandgap semiconductor validation Electric Vehicle Applications EV component testing Battery test applications Charging infrastructure testing Power electronics validation Power Grid Applications Smart grid technologies Grid modernization projects Renewable energy integration testing Utility and energy research applications Work with customers to establish repeatable and accurate measurement workflows that improve engineering productivity and product reliability. 4.
