Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.   The Manufacturing Facilities/Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading all facilities operations, maintenance activities, and building systems performance across the manufacturing site. This role ensures the reliability, safety, and compliance of equipment, utilities, and infrastructure, while driving continuous improvement and supporting production goals. The manager will oversee maintenance teams, contractors, preventive maintenance programs, and capital projects.

Manufacturing facility environment Must be able to walk production floors, inspect equipment, and respond to facility needs May require occasional on-call or after-hours support    What You Will Do Lead, supervise, and develop the facilities and maintenance team, including technicians, contractors, and service providers Plan, schedule, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life Oversee maintenance for building systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, security systems, and grounds Ensure all manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facility systems operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with regulations and company standards Coordinate and manage capital improvement projects, equipment installations, and facility upgrades Maintain compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and applicable codes Develop budgets for facilities maintenance, utilities, and capital projects; manage costs effectively Partner with manufacturing, safety, engineering, and operations teams to support production efficiency and facility reliability Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for maintenance, custodial, emergency repairs, and facility services Implement continuous improvement strategies, including root-cause analysis and reliability-centered maintenance practices Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities, asset records, and facility drawings Lead emergency response for facility-related incidents, including power outages, equipment failures, and weather-related events     Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience Experience with PLC controls and electrical schematics (add to ‘strong knowledge of electrical) Experience with autoclaves and high pressure boilers 7+ years of maintenance or facilities management experience in a
