Customer Service Representative

We invite you to join the Hexcel team at various manufacturing sites, sales offices and R&D centers around the globe. Become a part of the “strength within.” Hexcel is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia location. The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations: Support transition of ERP system Microsoft AX2012 to D365 Purchase Order Administration and Management through Microsoft D365. Provide efficient day to day customer service support to regional customers. Work closely with customer’s purchasing team and Hexcel’s internal team at various locations globally. Delivery and Logistics Support. Documentation support. Assist Sales & Marketing and local team with day-to-day activities – such as forecasting, material and order coverage, payments, and month end closures. Assist with office administration work as required.

Candidate must possess at least a degree. Required skill(s): MS Office and knowledge of MRP/ERP order management systems are essential. Open and willing to learn new skills. Required language(s): Excellent communication in English (written and verbal) is essential. Knowledge of Thai or Vietnamese languages are a plus. Experience in a similar role. Applicants must be willing to work in Glenmarie, Shah Alam. Experience and understanding of working in a diverse working environment. Good time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Candidate must be pleasant, friendly and of an outgoing nature. Candidates must be eligible to work in the country where the position is based.
