Job Title: Specialist, Integration and Test Engineering Job Code: 42209 Job Location: Londonderry, NH Job Schedule: 9/80 - Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off   Job Description:   The Specialist, Integration and Test Engineering will be responsible for developing, integrating and evaluating optical, electronic and mechanical equipment, components or assemblies for complex, high performance electromechanical systems.    Essential Functions:   Review, analysis, and understanding of program level objectives, system concept of operation, product architectures and interfaces, and subsystem equipment, functions, interfaces, and operations Develop test requirements, methods, and test solutions from requirements flowed down as part of the systems engineering team Creation and maintenance of conformance, environmental and reliability test procedures Planning, scheduling and execution of Design Verification Testing (DVT) and Qualification conformance, environmental and reliability testing  Generation of DVT and Qualification test reports Perform test data reduction, analysis, and test reporting; analyze failure data for trends, systemic issues, and reduction/elimination of test escapements Support NPI engineering review boards and stage gate reviews Test station requirement generation, development support and verification/validation Possess strong verbal and written communication skills through the preparation and presentation of technical reviews and program status Ability to develop creative yet practical solutions to technical challenges Responsibilities include review, analysis, and understanding of program level objectives, system concept of operation, product architectures and interfaces, and subsystem equipment, functions, interfaces, and operations Develop test requirements, methods, and test solutions from requirements flowed down as part of the systems engineering team Creation and maintenance of conformance, environmental and reliability test procedures Planning, scheduling and execution of Design Verification Testing (DVT) and Qualification conformance, environmental and reliability testing Generation of DVT and Qualification test reports Perform test data reduction, analysis, and test reporting; analyze failure data for trends, systemic issues, and reduction/elimination of test escapements Support NPI engineering review boards and stage gate reviews Test station requirement generation, development support and verification / validation Possess strong verbal and written communication skills through the preparation and presentation of technical reviews and program status Ability to develop creative yet practical solutions to technical challenges Ability to obtain US Security Clearance   Qualifications:   Experience with laser product testing is a requirement. Technical Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior Integration & Test or Systems Engineering experience.  Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior Integration & Test or Systems Engineering experience.  In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior Integration & Test or Systems Engineering experience.   Preferred Additional Skills:   Working
