Job Description
Our program The Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities Development Program is a full-time opportunity designed to build future Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities professionals through hands-on experience, structured training, and progressive responsibility. Program members are aligned to a specific product area and contribute meaningfully to client transactions, market analysis, and strategic initiatives. What you’ll do Become a financial market specialist, while working in a dynamic and supportive team environment. Over the course of our program, you will receive accelerated learning and skill development through a mix of formal training, mentorship, and a community of peers and advisors. This role is designed for candidates who may be placed in Investment Grade Debt Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities, Leveraged Finance, Loan Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities, or Structured Credit based on business demand, interests, and skill alignment. As a full-time program analyst, you may: Support the origination, structuring, & execution of Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities transactions across corporate bonds, loans, structured products and working capital solutions. Develop client materials, financial models, credit analysis, and market commentary. Monitor financial markets and investor dynamics to inform execution and client advice. Partner cross functionally with coverage teams, risk, legal, and operations. Build long-term client relationships through ongoing coverage and execution support. Basic qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business , Economics, Finance, Econometrics or related fields completed in December 2026 or spring 2027. Ability to start the full-time development program on July 12, 2027.
Preferred qualifications
Previous internship or work experience in finance, banking, or Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and under time pressure. Intellectual curiosity and attention to detail. Working model and hours: This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location four (4) or more days per week, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.
