What you'll do The Compliance Culture Program Office (CCPO) is a part of the Global Field Compliance organization within the Office of Ethics & Compliance (OEC). The CCPO is responsible for four key areas:
Global Policy Coordination Office Ethical Leadership OEC Learning Compliance Experience and Effectiveness
Our CCPO team is looking for a creative and inspiring working student to:
Support the Compliance Culture Program Office (CCPO) in the OEC Learning area Assist throughout all project phases, from administrative tasks to creating, designing, and producing compliance e-Learnings Manage the translation and review process, ensuring timely milestones and contributing to the successful rollout of trainings to all SAP employees Help create video content, develop training storylines, and prepare presentations for stakeholders Update SharePoint pages and use MS Planner to maintain a structured project workflow Assist with a large-scale migration project to a new, AI-based ticketing system used internally for our processes. Bring fresh ideas to engage employees, improve processes, and drive efficiency across the team
What you bring
Current student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences Preferred fields of study: Media Design or Graphic Design Fluent in English and German Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality Creative, innovative, and eager to learn new tools Strong understanding of design principles and composition Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and MS Teams Collaborative, proactive, and highly motivated Experience with Articulate, Camtasia, and Photoshop is a plus Knowledge of project management concepts is a plus
Where you belong The Office of Ethics & Compliance (OEC) is dedicated to upholding ethical standards and ensuring compliance within SAP, with a mission to "Win the Right Way." Reporting to both the CEO and the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board, OEC works to advance SAP's business objectives by fostering a culture of integrity and minimizing legal risks. OEC is responsible for managing SAP's Compliance program related to Corruption, Bribery, and significant Fraud, as well as supporting various compliance initiatives including the SAP Global Code of Ethics and Business Conduct (Code), compliance policies and procedures, compliance live sessions, compliance e-Learnings and global governance documentation. Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
