About the Role
As an Ethics & Compliance Lead, you will manage key components of the Company's Ethics & Compliance Program, including whistleblower and misconduct investigations, conflicts of interest oversight, and ethics program enhancement initiatives. You will assess and investigate allegations of misconduct, advise on conflict-of-interest disclosures and mitigation strategies, support Board and management reporting, and drive training and awareness efforts that strengthen the Company's speak-up culture. Working closely with Legal, Human Resources, Risk, Audit, and business leaders, you will help ensure ethics concerns are addressed objectively, confidentially, and consistently while identifying opportunities to improve policies, controls, training, and compliance processes. Success in this role is measured by effective risk mitigation, timely case resolution, program maturity, and stakeholder trust.
What You Will Be Doing
Conduct independent and objective investigations involving allegations of misconduct, fraud, retaliation, conflicts of interest, policy violations, and other compliance concerns. Develop investigation strategies, collect and analyze evidence, conduct witness interviews, assess findings, and prepare investigation reports. Partner with Legal, Human Resources, Risk, and Internal Audit to determine appropriate remediation and corrective actions. Monitor investigation trends and recurring themes to identify emerging risks and opportunities for program enhancements. Administer the Company's Conflicts of Interest disclosure program, including reviewing disclosures, assessing risk, recommending mitigation measures, and documenting determinations. Provide guidance to employees and leaders regarding outside employment, personal relationships, board service, gifts and entertainment, vendor relationships, and other potential conflicts. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to strengthen disclosure controls and promote timely reporting of potential conflicts. Develop and deliver ethics and compliance training, awareness campaigns, and communications that promote a strong speak-up culture. Contribute to periodic reporting on investigations, disclosures, program metrics, and emerging compliance risks. Assist in drafting and maintaining ethics-related policies, standards, and procedures. What you bring • Experience within financial services, fintech, banking, payments, or other highly regulated industries. • Knowledge of anti-bribery, anti-corruption, fraud risk management, and regulatory compliance programs. • Experience with investigation case management systems, compliance monitoring tools, and data analytics platforms. • Familiarity with conducting cross-functional or global investigations involving multiple stakeholders.
