AECOM Hunt is seeking a highly experienced Project Controls Director to lead and oversee project controls for a large-scale aviation construction project. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in project management, cost control, scheduling, and risk management, with a proven track record in managing complex aviation construction projects.

Lead the development and implementation of project controls processes, including cost management, scheduling, risk management, and change management. Oversee the preparation and management of project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, including baseline and progress updates, critical path analysis, and time impact analysis. Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including correspondence, drawings, and reports. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve project risks and issues. Manage contractor submittals, RFIs, and change orders, ensuring compliance with project requirements and timelines. Conduct regular reviews, ensuring completeness, compliance, and constructability. Participate in quality assurance and quality control processes, ensuring adherence to project standards and specifications. Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives, ensuring effective communication and coordination with all project participants, including airport authorities, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Provide leadership and guidance to the project controls team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Mi nimum Requirements : BA/BS Engineering/Construction Management or similar curriculum and 12 years of relevant construction project controls experience and 4 years of leadership experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Construction experience.
