In this pivotal role, you will facilitate the design and development of our current & next line of exciting HVAC products. As a senior product engineer, you will collaborate closely with the design & cross-functional teams to build industry-relevant products that meet the required specifications for our global customers. Where is the work:   Onsite: This position has been designated as On-Site. What will you do:   In this role you will: Execute New Product Development (NPD), Value Analysis & Value Engineering (VAVE), and New Technology Projects (NTP) for Residential platform, with a focus on Refrigeration subsystems. Collaborate with global project owners, leaders, and cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Suppliers—to ensure exceptional project execution adhering to company processes, and project management principles. Ensure achievement of project milestones/deliverables within committed Quality (Q), Delivery (D), Project cost (C), and Product cost (C) targets. Execute concept development, design calculations and selection of HVAC components and system integration aligned to market needs, regulatory standards (DOE, AHRI, ASHRAE, UL, AMCA), and sustainability goals. Drive creation and release of engineering documentation using PLM/PDM tools including designs, drawings, bill of materials, and specifications. Perform DFMEA, execute test plans, failure mode analysis, and engineering builds/testing.

B.E. / B. Tech Mechanical / M. Tech in Thermal Sciences/related specialization. 2+ years hands-on experience in HVAC
