We are looking for a commercially minded and analytical Rewards Consultant to join Aon's Rewards team in Stockholm. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a client-facing consulting role within Aon's Human Capital business, helping organizations across the Nordic region navigate complex challenges related to compensation, benefits, pay transparency, job architecture, and reward strategy. Working closely with clients, colleagues, and subject matter experts across Aon's global network, you will deliver data-driven insights and tailored solutions that help organizations attract, motivate, and retain talent, shape effective organizational strategies, and navigate workforce and organizational change while ensuring compliance with evolving regulations and market practices. What you'll do
As a Rewards Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering consulting services and strategic advice to clients across a broad range of reward and HR-related topics. Working closely with clients and internal experts, you will support organizations in developing effective rewards strategies across areas such as job architecture, pay equity, pay transparency, compensation benchmarking, and broader workforce and organizational initiatives. You will help clients design and implement effective reward frameworks while ensuring compliance with local regulations and evolving market requirements. You will work with consulting projects from start to finish, build trusted client relationships, and contribute to business development activities across the Nordic region. The role also includes participating in client workshops, executive presentations, webinars and roundtables. In addition, you will collaborate with colleagues across Aon's Human Capital Solutions practice, contribute to proposals and tender processes, and help develop innovative solutions that support the continued growth of our business.
What we're looking for
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, Human Capital consulting, or a related HR specialization. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR or a related field. Experience working with compensation analyses, pay equity reviews, job evaluation methodologies, salary mapping exercises, or broader reward programs. Experience supporting or managing projects, either in a consulting environment or within an in-house Compensation & Benefits, Rewards or HR function. Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills. Professional fluency in both English and Swedish, written and spoken.
