And so much more.​      ​Come break through with us.     Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use. Key Responsibilities

• Document current local commercial processes, compare them with Corning’s standard processes, identify gaps, and help drive those gaps to resolution. • The role works closely with local users, global subject matter experts, and IT to design future-state commercial processes across all relevant commercial areas. • In addition to project work, the position acts as the regional Power User for Order-to-Cash, supporting local users and helping ensure smooth data flow and system usage. • The role supports the business in identifying, prioritizing, and managing system enhancements, while also proactively managing project issues, systemic problems, and risks. • This is an individual-contributor role with leadership through expertise, coaching, influence, and cross-functional collaboration rather than direct people management. Experiences and Education

• At least 3 years of commercial experience. • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. • Strong experience with SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA, especially in Order-to-Cash. • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and business-level or fluent English are required. • Strong project management, communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, process improvement, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
