The Role
This role is the senior Solution Marketing leader for Kyndryl’s modernization portfolio, who will lead work and teams spanning the infrastructure and applications propositions and stakeholders. The Leader works with their respective team members to ensure foundational positioning and messaging artifacts (e.g. positioning playbooks) are current, grounded in primary buyer insight, and carried through into enablement, demand-gen and reputation activities. The Leader owns the top agentic modernization positioning and message: the connective through-line that anchors in what makes Kyndryl’s capabilities relevant and uniquely positioned, and ties propositions into one coherent story. The Leader also owns the app-led modernization story, with a dedicated team responsible for it, and partners closely with Kyndryl’s Revenue Marketing leader for modernization. Activity across top-level modernization and apps must be negotiated and balanced against business and marketing needs, and necessary message hygiene.
Key Responsibilities

Set priorities, quality bar and drive rigor in how value propositions are applied — pushes back where what’s going out isn’t a defensible Kyndryl value proposition.
