The Employee Service Specialist – Landscape & Pest Control is responsible for managing Landscape and Pest Control services, vendor performance, improvement activities, and related administrative support to ensure service quality, compliance, and customer expectations.

Landscape & Pest Control Management Manage Landscape and Pest Control vendors, including service quality, SLA/KPI, manpower, work planning, site audits, compliance, and performance improvement. Monitor site conditions, identify service gaps or operational risks, and coordinate vendors for corrective and preventive actions. Manage improvement projects from proposal, quotation and approval through execution, acceptance, and payment. Work with vendors and stakeholders to resolve operational issues, develop practical solutions, and propose service improvements based on customer needs. Support related budget, quotation, PO, invoice, contract, and service performance reporting. Administrative & Operational Support Support Facilities/REWS administrative activities, including documentation, shared drives, meetings, line-walk, action tracking, reports, dashboards, and internal communication. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and follow up on projects, operational actions, compliance, and audit requirements. Support the team in budget tracking, purchase order coordination, invoice reconciliation, and other assigned operational activities.

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Agronomy, Plant Science, or related field is preferred; Environmental or Pest Control-related background is also considered. 2+ years of relevant experience in Landscape, Pest Control, Facilities Management, or vendor/service management. Experience in vendor management and project coordination is preferred. Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint and ability to communicate in English in a corporate environment. Proactive, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
