Build and maintain strong customer relationships and serve as a day-to-day contact for customer and project-related matters. Support business development by identifying customer needs, opportunities, and potential growth areas. Coordinate NPI and customer projects, including milestones, deliverables, timelines, action items, and cross-functional follow-up. Coordinate RFQ activities from customer requirements through quotation and project award, including packaging design, sample development, testing, customer feedback, and commercial follow-up. Follow up pricing, contracts, purchase orders, quotations, and other commercial matters with customers and internal stakeholders. Monitor open issues, risks, delays, and resource gaps; drive timely resolution and escalate when needed. Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Design, Operations, Supply Chain, suppliers, and other functions to ensure project and customer requirements are delivered on time. Maintain project trackers, customer documentation, meeting notes, status reports, and action logs. Support customer meetings, business reviews, quotations, order follow-up, and regular business reporting. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in account management, project management, sales support, or a related role; experience in packaging, electronics, or manufacturing is preferred. Experience working with ODMs, OEMs, suppliers, or cross-functional teams; supply chain or manufacturing experience is a plus. Strong customer focus with excellent communication, interpersonal, coordination, and negotiation skills. Strong project management and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders. Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset with strong business acumen. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams. Good written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and global internal teams. Willingness to travel based on business and customer needs.
