Position
Overview The Project Coordinator supports both project execution and day-to-day team operations. The role coordinates project schedules, deliverables, documentation, and stakeholder communications while also managing departmental budget and operation execution such as meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense processing, team events, onboarding support, and organizational communications. This position helps ensure the team operates efficiently and projects are executed successfully. Key responsibilities include: • Track project progress against schedules, goals, and key deliverables, and help identify issues or follow-up actions. • Support the preparation of project plans, proposals, meeting materials, minutes, reports, and other project-related documents. • Coordinate project schedules, action items, status updates, and documentation to support effective project execution. • Assist with monitoring project schedule, budget, and performance information, and prepare standard status reports as needed. • Arrange meetings, coordinate logistics, maintain team schedules, and support communication across team members and stakeholders. • Support travel arrangements, expense processing, payment coordination, and other routine administrative activities. • Maintain team records, procedure documents, shared files, and other administrative materials to keep information accurate and up to date.
