We are seeking an accomplished Senior Architect to join our dynamic organization in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this visionary leadership role, you will drive architectural excellence and innovation across complex, large-scale projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and clients to translate strategic objectives into compelling architectural solutions that exceed expectations. Your expertise, decisive leadership, and forward-thinking approach will shape the future of our built environment while maintaining the highest standards of design integrity and regulatory compliance. Develop and articulate comprehensive architectural strategies and design visions for complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client objectives Lead and mentor a team of architects and design professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth and creative excellence Conduct detailed design analysis and feasibility studies, utilizing advanced CAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to optimize project outcomes Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve design challenges and ensure seamless project execution from concept through completion Ensure all architectural designs comply with UAE building codes, international standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to Dubai projects Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to deliver projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documentation to guarantee design intent is preserved throughout project delivery Conduct quality assurance audits and site inspections to verify that construction aligns with approved designs and contractual specifications Communicate project status, design recommendations, and strategic insights to senior management and clients with clarity and transparency Stay current with emerging architectural trends, sustainable design practices, and innovative technologies to enhance organizational competitiveness Mentor junior architects and support their professional development through constructive feedback and knowledge sharing Manage contract administration responsibilities, including change orders, design modifications, and warranty documentation Implement corrective actions when deviations from specifications are identified and track resolution to completion Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification; professional architecture license or registration is required Minimum 6 years of professional experience in architectural design, project delivery, and team
