BRIEF The TM Analyst will act as the real estate coordinator and single point of contact for the day-to-day client needs; assisting in the processing, coordination, and management of new transactions for assigned tasks. This role ensures accurate data management, timely communication, and high‑quality service delivery to our JLL Client.  Our TM Analyst will act as the real estate liaison, manage and work with professionals across a wide variety of disciplines and business units to efficiently manage the client’s portfolio of properties and manage execution and processing of new agreements.

Assist in managing the end‑to‑end transaction workflow for new lease transactions, amendments, assignments, and terminations. Prepare, review, and submit real estate contracts for execution. Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for approvals. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date project information in transaction databases. Input, audit, and verify data to ensure consistency with client standards. Provide timely written and verbal updates to client regarding contract status. Support the Transaction Manager in preparing real estate contracts, closing out database records, or other administrative tasks. Conduct research on property details, ownership, and relevant regulatory requirements. Build and maintain positive working relationships with client’s internal departments. Uphold high quality standards and data accuracy. Ensure all work aligns with client goals, internal processes, and compliance requirements. Assist with special projects or additional duties as assigned. This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
