Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Brand Manager, Aptamil" position. Take this opportunity to GROW together! In this role, you will be responsible for: Own the end-to-end brand growth strategy for Aptamil, combining consumer insight, AI-powered analytics and creative excellence to drive brand equity and sustainable growth. Lead the integrated communication ecosystem of Aptamil, orchestrating campaigns across media, digital, e-commerce and HCP touchpoints in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and partners. Decode the drivers of brand growth by leveraging data, consumer insights and market signals to identify opportunities that accelerate penetration and brand health. Continuously track brand performance and cultural relevance, translating analytics into actions that strengthen mental availability and consumer trust. Identify new growth spaces within Early Life Nutrition through a data-driven and experimentation mindset. Turn insights into breakthrough ideas, developing culturally relevant and insight-led communication that resonates with modern parents. Collaborate with global and cross-functional stakeholders (Consumer & Channel Development, Medical, Finance, Strategy & Insights, Digital etc.) and partner with agencies to co-create innovation, brand and growth strategies. Drive high-impact marketing projects across brand, portfolio and category initiatives, bringing strong market and category understanding into execution. Lead portfolio prioritization and resource allocation, ensuring focus on the highest growth and profitability opportunities. Manage marketing investments with a performance mindset, optimizing budget allocation and maximizing working media impact. Shape and grow Türkiye’s #1 parenting platform, İlkadımlarım, creating meaningful content and digital experiences that support parents across every stage of their journey.
About You

Collaborate easily, challenge constructively and bring positive energy to the team. Passion to shape the future of infant nutrition with one of the world’s most trusted brands. University degree in a relevant discipline, MBA is a plus Preferably 4-5 years marketing experience in FMCG company Excellent command of English as s/he will closely work with global teams.
