The anticpated pay range for this position is $90,000.00, plus annual incentive bonus of up to 10%. Actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location. For internal teammates, a compensation percentage increase will be reviewed and determined in partnership with HR, taking into consideration internal equity and relevant experience.

The Senior Operations Supervisor plays a critical leadership role within the Distribution Center (DC), overseeing key operational functions including receiving, warehousing, shipping, inventory  accuracy, and customer quality. While this role does not include exempt direct reports, it carries significant responsibility for leading cross-functional initiatives, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring operational excellence. The Senior Operations Supervisor serves as the acting leader of the DC in the absence of the Operations Manager, ensuring seamless execution of  daily operations and strategic priorities.                     Core Responisibilities Leadership Lead and manage daily operations and team members cross one or more key functional areas such as Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Control, Bulk, or Lum within a fast-paced Distribution Center (DC) environment.
