Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Assemblers to our team. Reporting to the Production Lead the Assembler will support our Server RMA (Return Material Authorization) operation, working directly on rack-level production lines in a flex flow environment. This role is responsible for assembling, testing, and moving server racks, ensuring all units meet quality and customer specifications. What a Typical Day Looks Like: Assemble and configure server racks using detailed work instructions, engineering drawings, and standard operating procedures. Use hand and power tools to install hardware, torque components, and complete mechanical assembly tasks. Perform functional testing and quality checks to ensure products meet customer and company standards. Move materials and server racks throughout the production floor while supporting receiving, packing, and shipping activities. Rotate between workstations in a flexible production environment to support operational needs and production goals. Identify, report, and help resolve quality concerns while maintaining a safe, organized work area. The Experience We're Looking to Add to Our Team: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, electronics, server production, repair, or RMA environments is a plus. Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, and technical documentation. Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment with changing priorities.
