Tool Install Equipment Technicians (contract)

As a key member of the Project Execution Team, the Tool Equipment Install Technician is an individual contributor reporting to the Tool Install Manager. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Blueprint Reading: Understanding architectural and engineering drawings is fundamental. Candidate must interpret these plans to ensure structures and systems are built according to specifications. Mathematical Proficiency: Accurate measurements and calculations are critical to avoid costly mistakes and reduce rework. Tool Handling: Familiarity with a wide range of tools and machinery is necessary. Workers should know how to operate equipment safely and efficiently. Material Knowledge: Recognizing different materials and their properties helps in selecting the right resources for specific tasks, ensuring durability and compliance with standards. Problem Solving: Construction sites and factories often present unexpected challenges. The ability to quickly devise solutions keeps projects on track. Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Supplier Management: Managing suppliers and contractors and ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines. Lean Principles: Applying lean principles to ensure efficient and safe construction through commissioning operations. Safety: Build and drive safety Culture of Care in every business environment, office to the construction sites, and from front-end planning to tool equipment construction and commissioning execution.
