Director of Technology

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Effectively lead and mentor teams of managers, architects, and engineers. - Oversee and drive architecture for technology solutions. - Guide technical selection of enterprise-wide standardized applications. - Lead management of enterprise applications and associated infrastructure. - Enforce structured approaches and methodologies that align with the key strategies of the organization. - Ensure that new technology solutions are optimally designed and integrated. - Promote the following qualities in all solutions; scalability, maintainability, security, reliability, extensibility, flexibility, availability, and manageability. - Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including; hiring, performance management, and termination. Supervision is often provided through a team of subordinate managers.

Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee and drive architecture for technology solutions for the customer and Maximus. - Enforce structured approaches and methodologies that align with the key strategies of the organization and customer. - Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including; hiring, performance management, and termination as team is built out.

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study. -10+ years of relevant professional experience required.

Job-Specific Minimum Requirements: - The ability to obtain and maintain an MBI clearance is required. Pay Transparency

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment.
