Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Engineer - Level 4   to join our dynamic team in Honolulu, Hawaii. Roles and Responsibilities: Serve as a primary technical interface to the customer, working on a small, on-site team within the customer facility. Administer and maintain VMware environments, including provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting of virtualized resources. Perform Windows Server and workstation administration, including patching, configuration, and health monitoring. Administer and maintain Windows Active Directory services, including user, group, and policy management. Install, integrate, and troubleshoot software baselines, including the Minotaur baseline, in an operational environment. Independently diagnose and resolve system, network, and application issues, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience; 6 years with a Master's degree; 4 years with a PhD. An additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval/access. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
