Arrow Electronics is looking for a strategic and proactive Warehouse Manager, with deep experience in both - operative and corporate perspective Available to work in shift 1 OR 2 (6:00 - 1:15) (2:00 - 9:15) What You’ll Be Doing: Manage employees and processes related to the order fulfillment process for a segment of, or the entire, distribution center. Work with supervisors, leads and employees to meet and exceed service level and quality, and productivity goals. Identify ways to reduce costs while improving efficiencies and quality, which may involve utilization of CPI processes. Develop, manage staff, including resource allocation. Analyzes and implements process improvements. Review financials for areas of improvement. Customer problem resolution and request Other duties as assigned.

5+ years in Warehouse full operations. Strategic mindset Decision maker expert. Managing different warehouse profiles across the warehouse.
