What You’ll Be Doing Design and evolve core business application platforms that manage products, versions, organizational models, identity, and service status from concept through production. Partner with IT teams and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, shape roadmaps, and deliver features that balance usability, security, and operational reliability. Build, deploy, and operate containerized services on Kubernetes using repeatable, environment-aware automation and safe rollout strategies. Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines that automate testing, enforce security standards, and enable predictable releases with fast rollback paths. Implement actionable observability—metrics, structured logs, and distributed tracing—to support proactive monitoring and rapid incident response. Develop AI-assisted operational workflows that help triage issues, recommend fixes, and reduce manual intervention while keeping humans in control. Define and validate high-availability and disaster recovery strategies through testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of critical services.
