Remote role supporting Mid-West territories within ampus Segment    About the job Join a fast-paced team responsible for creating and managing compelling digital content that drives engagement and advances strategic business goals. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives while working cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency and maximizing campaign effectiveness. The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team. Pay Range:   $74290  -  $115500  What’s in it for you Design and develop digital content, ensuring brand consistency and optimizing user experience. Manage and maintain content across digital platforms, overseeing design, deployment, and troubleshooting. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to support business goals and drive demand. Lead and monitor digital media initiatives, including campaign setup, performance tracking, and budget oversight. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals, guide creative processes, and foster business growth. Use data and analytics to refine marketing strategies and improve lead generation efforts. Ensure global alignment with marketing teams, promoting brand consistency and best practices. What you’ll bring Project management and coordination skills to efficiently handle multiple digital initiatives. Expertise in digital asset management and web technologies to ensure seamless content delivery and optimization. A strategic mindset with the skillset to align marketing efforts with broader business goals and customer needs. Excellent communication and client service skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders. Skillset to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
