Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Own pursuit management and project governance standards across multiple lines of business. - Provide strategic guidance to executives on pursuit readiness, schedule discipline, milestone priorities, risk exposure, and decision cadence. - Establish expectations for project controls, schedule adherence, issue escalation, governance routines, and executive reporting. - Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure timely action closure, decision-making, and risk resolution. - Champion responsible use of approved AI-enabled tools and automation to streamline pursuit operations, improve reporting consistency, and reduce administrative burden across teams. ▪ Guide consistent pursuit outcomes by monitoring portfolio readiness, milestone health, and management visibility across opportunities.

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 10+ years of relevant professional experience required.
