The Role This role is responsible for the development of defined projects and end user support for our Power Platform and Microsoft 365 productivity services in Lumen’s commercial and government tenants. Microsoft productivity services include SharePoint, One Drive, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Stream, Forms, etc. The position designs, develops, and maintains business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio. This position also includes the support and training of our Lumen Maker community. The role also is responsible for assisting with or fully integrating these solutions with other Microsoft 365 products and services, as well as with external data sources and APIs. Location This role is designated as a fully remote position within the United States. The Main Responsibilities Assist in support of Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio) Assist in the support of Microsoft 365 productivity services including SharePoint online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Stream, Viva. Assist with development projects Support end user development; teach, train and consult in our commercial and government tenants Develop solutions, document and build end user knowledge base content What We Look For in a Candidate Required Qualifications: Major/Degree: Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical degree. 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and other M365 services Power Platform: Knowledge and experience with the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio. Candidates should be able to design, develop, and maintain solutions using these tools. Microsoft 365 products and services: Strong understanding of the various products and services included in Microsoft 365 such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams. Collaboration and communication: Candidates should have strong collaboration and communication skills, as they will need to work closely with others to design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft M365 and Power Platform. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
PowerShell experience Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert. Working knowledge of software development methodologies, standards, and coding best practices Compensation This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
