Service Administrator

We are looking for a talented Service Administrator for our Distribution business in West Chester, OH. Must be flexible and available to work either of the following shifts based on business needs: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM , Monday through Friday.

Serves as first point of contact with customer to promote quality customer service and assist with increasing business within the branch location Responsible for ensuring the facility is properly secured and locked at the conclusion of the 9AM - 5:30PM Shift. Identify customer’s needs, gather pertinent information, provide quotes, develop claims, prepares repair plans and provide status updates to customers on repair work. Review/create work orders to ensure accuracy for invoicing and warranty. Other administrative task on a need-by-need basis.
