About the Role
The Marketing Associate, Campaign Operations, is a member of the Marketing Operations team and is responsible for supporting effective campaign operations, workflow management, and related processes across Marketing. The role includes business ownership of Marketing’s work-management platform, currently Monday.com, supporting users and partnering with Marketing leaders, campaign managers, technology teams, and external vendors. The role combines campaign operations, platform ownership, user enablement, data quality, governance, and process improvement. The colleague will help maintain an accurate and up-to-date view of global marketing activity and support adherence to agreed campaign-management processes. A successful candidate is comfortable working independently across business and technology teams, exercising judgment, managing competing priorities, and driving consistent adoption of effective ways of working. *PLEASE SUBMIT CVs IN ENGLISH* THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE THAT REQUIRES A PRESENCE IN THE OFFICE 2 DAYS PER WEEK. THERE IS NO OPTION TO BE FULLY REMOTE.* Key Responsibilities Manage Marketing’s campaign pipeline and approval queue, ensuring campaigns are appropriately routed and providing visibility into upcoming activity. Partner with Marketing leaders to develop and facilitate a recurring Marketing Pipeline Review process, enabling greater pipeline visibility and collaboration across teams. Serve as the primary Marketing business owner for the work-management platform, currently Monday.com, managing day-to-day priorities, platform decisions, and enhancements. Ensure campaign and activity data within the platform is accurate, complete, and up to date, proactively identifying and resolving gaps or inconsistencies. Support and reinforce compliance with agreed campaign-management processes, governance standards, required workflows, and data-entry requirements. Configure and maintain boards, workflows, automations, dashboards, forms, permissions, and reusable templates, and build and maintain selected Power Automate flows and operational dashboards supporting Marketing workflows. Develop and deliver a robust training and enablement program, including onboarding, live training, office hours, documentation, tutorials, and individual user support. Partner with technology teams on integrations, such as CRM, Power Automate, and Tableau, helping define business requirements, implement platform changes, test solutions, and troubleshoot issues. Facilitate governance discussions, provide subject-matter expertise, recommend improvements, and implement approved standards, enhancements, and process changes. Work with external vendors to understand new platform capabilities and identify opportunities to improve Marketing processes and ways of working. Required Experience and Skills Bachelor’s degree. 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, business systems, product or platform ownership, workflow management, process improvement, or a related area. Demonstrated experience with marketing or campaign-management processes is required, alongside experience across one or more of the following: workflow or work-management platforms, CRM systems, business-process design, automation, integrations, dashboarding, or user enablement. Experience with Monday.com is preferred. Ability to translate business requirements into practical workflows, platform configurations, and process improvements.
