The opportunity: your next adventure awaits The Quants team is part of the broader Assurance- Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice which provides a wide range of services to the financial services industry. Our team uses analytics and quantitative techniques to help our clients solve Financial Services Risk Management issues facing the financial services sector, drive business efficiencies, and manage risks in our client’s portfolios. Our team is engaged in high exposure quantitative service projects related to the development and validation of financial risk models used for managing market, credit risks and advanced analytics. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience through advisory and assurance engagements involving the development, validation and implementation of financial risk models and advanced analytics solutions. Our projects cover traditional quantitative areas such as Credit Risk, including IFRS 9, Market Risk, derivative pricing, valuation of instruments as well as emerging topics such as AI and Machine Learning. Our services include a broad spectrum of solutions, in additional to the traditional quantitative work, from developing a model to supporting clients in major risk management transformations. Depending on your level of experience, you will contribute to or lead quantitative assignments, engage with clients and support the delivery of practical solutions to complex financial services challenges. Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, execution and delivery of quantitative advisory and assurance engagements. Contribute to the development, validation and implementation of financial risk and analytical models. Analyse complex datasets and apply quantitative techniques to address financial services risk management challenge. Work effectively as a team member sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress. Assist in preparing reports and project plans that will be delivered to clients and other parties.

A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics Computational Finance, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Physics. Programming or data analytics experience in one or more languages or
