Role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating recruitment activities, supporting sourcing efforts, and managing administrative processes. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and deliver a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.This role works closely with the Talent Acquisition team to enable efficient, high-quality hiring across the organization.
Responsibilities
Support for Talent Acquisition Specialists Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to support end-to-end recruitment activities. Assist with requisition setup, job postings, and candidate tracking. Coordinate hiring workflows to ensure timelines and process steps are met. Provide administrative and logistical support across multiple open roles. Recruitment Coordination & Administration Schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, managing calendars and logistics. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Prepare offer letters and support pre-employment and onboarding documentation. Ensure a positive, timely, and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Sourcing & Pipeline Support Support Talent Acquisition Specialists with candidate sourcing activities through LinkedIn, job boards, and talent pools. Conduct resume screening and present qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers. Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired roles. Reporting & Process Improvement Track and report on recruitment metrics, including interview activity, pipeline status, and time-to-fill. Support data entry, reporting, and recruitment analytics. Identify opportunities to improve coordination, efficiency, and candidate experience. Stakeholder & Candidate Engagement Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process. Communicate updates, feedback timelines, and next steps clearly and professionally. Support employer branding initiatives, including job postings and early talent events.
WHO YOU ARE
Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, Human Resources, or administrative support. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Workday ATS. Experience coordinating interviews, meetings, or onboarding activities. Experience supporting Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Specialists, Talent Acquisition Partners, or Hiring Managers. Experience in a corporate office, manufacturing, or technology environment.
