Northrop Grumman is seeking a dynamic, energetic individual for the position of Supply Chain Planning Specialist Level 3 to join our growing team of diverse professionals in the IBCS Operating Unit. This individual will serve as the Supply Chain Planning Specialist Lead and will support tactical and strategic Supply Chain activities. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Develops supply chain strategy and leads activities for GSC in all phases of the Northrop Grumman’s program and proposal execution. Coordinates cross-functionally (with all program functions) to ensure supply chain commitments are met, and that appropriate integrated mitigation or opportunity plans are developed and executed. Aligns project scope and deliverables with customer requirements and works closely with the technical community. Briefs the IBCS Program Manager on the status and issues affecting program performance Track and provide data on PR revaluations Ensure supplier deliveries are aligned with production schedule Analyze material requirements, shortages, excess, and supply risks, and take appropriate action to support on-time execution. Monitor purchase requisitions, purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory transactions to ensure alignment with program requirements. Support material status reviews, shortage meetings, production readiness reviews, and program execution meetings. Develop reports, metrics, and analysis related to shortages, aging requirements, inventory, and schedule performance. Represent the organization as a key point of contact on material planning matters requiring coordination across multiple functions. Coordinate and support development of material requirements among multiple Control Account Managers
