Senior Business Analyst
Location: Madrid, Spain Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

As part of our Data, Insights & Analytics (DI&A) team, you'll help turn data into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions and drive meaningful impact across the organization.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will bridge business strategy and analytics by translating complex business challenges into data-driven insights and solutions.
Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will identify opportunities, uncover trends, develop dashboards and analytical products, and enable better, faster, and more informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze commercial, consumer, and digital data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and define analytical requirements.
• Design, build, and enhance dashboards, reports, scorecards, and analytical solutions.
• Extract, transform, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Translate complex findings into clear recommendations and compelling business stories.
• Drive visibility of key performance indicators across multiple functions.
• Support continuous improvement through experimentation, performance measurement, and insight generation.
• Promote data quality, analytics adoption, and evidence-based decision-making.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
• 4+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or related fields.
• Advanced Power BI expertise, including dashboard development and data modelling.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar cloud-based analytics environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Experience translating business questions into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
• Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Advanced English communication skills.
Nice to Have
• Experience working with consumer, CRM, loyalty, or customer lifecycle data.
• Understanding of consumer behavior from acquisition to retention.
• Experience with advanced or predictive analytics using Python, R, or similar programming languages.
