Vendor Performance PM, Integrated Business Planning

Amazon.com.br is looking for a smart and driven Program Manager to join our Integrated Business Planning team. The Program Manager will be responsible for improvements in Vendor Experience on inbound processes, improving interactions with Amazon systems and launching important projects to improve vendors delivery performance and reduce inbound defects. The Program Manager will also be responsible for outsourcing activities to shared service centers, improving business efficiency and automating repetitive tasks. Key job responsibilities • Improving overall Vendor Performance in key metrics for Brazil marketplace; • Adopt Tech tools and scalable process to improve inbound efficiency; • Reduce inbound defects on Vendor Delivery; • Benchmark other Amazon marketplaces for new systems and tools; • Outsourcing activities to shared service centers; • Design and enforce the governance framework, including Flash Reports, Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), and standardized role and responsabilities (RACI) matrix with cross-team accountability • Develop analysis of key business metrics, with emphasis on developing and executing recommendations for improvements;
