Learn more about Bedding Components: L&P Bedding Group Job Summary: The Production Floater will assist in production operations and open box inspection processes as deemed necessary by the supervisor. (Monday - Friday, 6am-2:30pm, overtime required) Qualifications, Knowledge, Education & Experience: Must be at least 18 years of age to perform this job. At the beginning of each shift coordinate with supervisor to determine what job functions are needed for the day Assist with material handling, assembly, packaging, inspections, and load/unload procedures Use hand trucks or buggies to move materials about the production floor Perform other duties such as gluing on a production line Practice good safety techniques Perform other duties as assigned
Education
High School diploma or GED equivalent required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Ability to learn multiple job functions with a willingness to tackle tasks as needed on a day-to-day basis. Able to work accurately from verbal and written instructions.
