THE JOB: The Bus Person at Craftsteak inside MGM Grand Las Vegas plays a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience by ensuring the restaurant is clean, organized, welcoming, and fully stocked at all times. This position helps keep operations running smoothly by maintaining the dining room, storerooms, food pickup area, and beverage stations to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency. As a key member of the team, the Bus Person contributes directly to guest satisfaction and the overall success of one of the premier dining destinations within MGM Grand. Working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, this role offers the opportunity to be part of an exceptional team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences every day.
